We had Duane shoot our engagement photos and both Duane and Kevan shoot our wedding. We were extremely impressed with their creativity, professionalism and fun-loving spirit. Their talent really shows through the photos and they are willing to do whatever is needed to get the best shots. They were able to capture so many special moments that we will always cherish through our photos. We had such an amazing experience and will definitely be going back to them next time we are having photos taken.

We had an amazing experience with 6:8 photography from start to finish. Duane is very professional and very personable. Our photos were exactly what we expected and captured every moment of our wedding day. We received our photos after the wedding on time (even a bit earlier than expected!). Without a doubt, these guys are worth every penny! We approached 6:8 knowing that we liked their work, but unsure if we would love having our pictures taken. I tend to be a person who out of 20 pictures of myself, I might like one. We did an engagement session with them, and found it surprisingly natural, fun, and easy. The finished engagement photos were outstanding (despite how picky I am), capturing flattering images of us appearing just as happy and in love as we felt. We signed on with Kevan and Duane for our wedding day, and we're so glad that we did. They were always keen, flexible, and pleasant to deal with, and their organizational skills put mine to shame. They were such a pleasure to have around on the wedding day, as they put the whole wedding party at ease, made us laugh, and even helped some of us get dressed. The shots that they managed to get were surreal in the end. Between the two of them they got stunning shots from every angle and lighting source imaginable, making for incredibly artistic and rich photography. The finished product was beyond our expectations, and we are thrilled to have our memories preserved so immaculately.

Duane with 6:8 Photography was exactly what I had hoped for in a photographer: friendly yet professional, talented, calm, and with a quick, sharp eye. While we did not have the opportunity to do engagement photos with him, I was quickly reassured that hiring him was the right decision - the experience was great. I was nervous and on the edge of tears the whole day, but he made it so I wasn’t worried about the photography at all.

While I don’t remember noticing him taking pictures during the ceremony or formal events, the photos show that he knew exactly where to be at any given moment. My favorite part of the day was the formals, where my new husband and I got to chat while Duane instructed us where to be/how to pose. He left room for us to unwind, but still got all the artsy and romantic shots I had wanted.

He was great with the chaos of the morning preparation, large amounts of people coming in and out of the area where he was taking photos; he just made the process of wedding photography easy. We got all the shots requested, and those we didn’t even know we wanted. We also had him bring a photobooth, which was a total hit and is a great way to have pictures of all the guests. The canvas was high quality, and the prints turned out beautifully. I highly recommend 6:8 Photography.
