Ashland and her colleague (sadly, did not get her name) were awesome. I received a text offer that morning and went to secure it. When they went to apply the offer, it wasn't available forcing the dreaded phone call to Loyalty VIP hotline. We were first dealing with an agent that was hard to understand and clearly was not trained very well. Sat on hold for the majority of the 45 to 50 mins trying to get a Mgr. The other awesome lady helping me made a secondary call and we got lucky and had it resolved in no time. They made my day. Thanks ladies!!!
