Same boat as some other reviewers…. I signed my family of 4 up for the 5K Foam Fest “Calgary”, and 3 weeks before the event they have relocated it to Red Deer…. Which is 90 minutes away from Calgary. They are refusing to refund anyone’s money, despite the event being nowhere close to Calgary. Do not sign up for events from this company!!!

I signed my daughter and I up for their “5K Foam Fest -Calgary” event. They’ve since relocated the event twice, with todays shift being to Red Deer. For those that don’t know, that’s a city halfway to Edmonton from Calgary. Round trip an additional 3+ hour drive. I reached out to ask about a refund due to the local Calgary race change of venue to another part of the province. I was advised that they would not but I could sell my registration. Sorry, I don’t know any runners in Red Deer. When asked on their Facebook page they advised that they’re still financially recovering from the costs during Covid. Apparently that is meant to be on the backs of those signing up for their events, whether they happen or not.
365 Sports is a very disorganized business without integrity. Steer clear.

Frustrated with the Calgary foam fest experience, they have moved it to a completely different city and are refusing to offer refunds to their customers. Expecting customers to shoulder the burden of the additional time and expense related to a 3hr commute is completely unreasonable.

My family loves these events! Well organized, amazing obstacles, friendly staff and more. We are looking forward to attending the event at Horseshoe Valley this year! I would recommend any family big or small to go out and compete! You wont be disappointed!

Our family is disgusted that when we requested a refund of our registration payment of more than $300, because the 2020 5K Foamfest in Barrie was postponed to ANOTHER YEAR, they refused to return our money to us. We did not sign up and pay at the beginning of 2020 intending to commit to a different year for the event. I received a rude and flippant reply from the organizer saying no refunds but welcome to do he event NEXT YEAR OR THE YEAR AFTER THAT. This is unacceptable. They have no right to hold people's money FOR YEARS!!! When I asked to be requested to a manager, I never heard a response at all. This is shameful! Every other company that we had a reservation with, we received a refund for cancelled events. 365 Sports are scoundrels, not the fund raising Angel's they tout themselves to be! Our family needs our money back to live!!

Registered for an event in 2019, postponed now until 2022. Will not refund money, no matter that I may not be available to attend on whatever date they may finally decide to run the event. Under force majure they should offer refunds to people due to cancellation. I have no idea if my money (or that of the 100's if not 1000's of other registered participants) is going to make a wish foundation, or lining their pockets. I am disgusted by the lack of response or consideration they have given here. At the very least issue us all with a receipt to prove that you donated our money where it supposed to be.

Due to covid runs are I cancelled for this year, I get that. But due to covid jobs have been lost, but you can’t get refunds from these guys. Just a coupon for possible runs next year. Totally unacceptable. If I have the funds and the time off at the same time as the runs next year I will go. Now I don’t trust these guys at all
